Influencing Government Support
- By being a group, we will be able to influence the existing government and gain the support we need.
- Ability to enter the international market through government support and various interventions.
- Ease of obtaining bank loans and various financial facilities.
Sourcing Raw Materials
- We will be able to import the fabrics and other raw materials required for our products from suppliers.
- Discussing with the BOI Board of Investment and trying to obtain tax concessions provided by the Board of Investment.
Expanding Market Reach
- Creating a local market for the products of our association members through provinces, districts, and factory outlets.
- Taking steps to start an online market to sell the products of our association members.
- Introducing an e-commerce site (like AliExpress, ebay etc).
- Enter with large-scale stores currently in the local market
Welfare and Support for Members
- Establish a welfare association for the welfare of the members.
- Introduce life and property insurance for the members.
- Provide support in obtaining sub-orders for factories which are lacking continuous orders
Reawakening and Developing Factories
- Guiding factories under the “Let’s Reawaken” program to develop them into profitable institutions under the Association of Small And Medium Scale Garment Manufacturers
- Providing, free of charge technical know-how and other services.
- Implementing strategic methods to reduce production costs.
Machinery and Production Support
- Providing support in obtaining machinery needed to make various products and carry out the production process through exchange among the members.
Annual Trade Fairs and Skill Development
- Organizing trade fairs and festivals annually with the sponsorship of state and private companies.
- Developing the skills of members through the association and mapping them through the website
- Holding live workshops with the support of the Ministry of Industries to improve the skills and attitudes of garment industry workers.
